今日はこんなニュースがありました！
河野規制改革担当大臣は
『税金や 交通違反の反則金などの国や自治体への支払いについて
すべてオンライン化にしたい』
とおっしゃったそうです！
新型コロナウイルスのこの『コロナ禍』のせいなのか
安倍政権から菅政権に変わったからなのかはわかりませんが、
印鑑といい今回のオンライン化といい、
どんどん世の中が変わっていきますね！
あとは『待ち時間』が少なくなると本当にいいんですが。。苦笑
例えば
運転免許の更新手続きや自動車教習所もそうですし、
DoCoMoなどの携帯電話ショップやアップルストアなんかも
感染症対策で『予約制』なのはわかりますが、
待ち時間が『時間』ではなくて『日にち』自体がかかる
(予約しようとすると何日か後になる)
のは本当に最近困りますよね。。

新型コロナウイルス感染症感染から復帰(？)したトランプ大統領が
昨日10日にホワイトハウスの庭で演説しましたが、
その時の映像がニュースに載っていました！
見ての通り、
①演説の直前までちゃんとマスクしている
②観衆と距離がある
様子だったので、よかったです！（笑）
そして今日は
感染症の専門家で、説明がわかりやすいと私個人の中で人気急上昇中の！（笑）、
忽那賢志（くつなさとし）先生が記事を書いておられました！
ので簡単にまとめ直してお伝えしたいと思います！
①『麻疹（はしか）』などの『感染症』に一度かかると、多くの人は
もう一生『麻疹（はしか）』にはかからなくなる。
＝これを『免疫』という。
②『ワクチン』はこの『感染症』にそもそもかからずに免疫をゲットできる。
③ワクチンによってどれくらい感染が減ったかは下の図をみると
一瞬で理解できます↓
※どの『感染症』もワクチンができたことによって
ほとんど感染しなくなっていますね！
④なぜ『ワクチン』が必要なのかというと、
世界最多770万人の感染者が出ているアメリカでさえ
『感染症』にかかって回復して
免疫をゲットした人はたった『10%』だけだから。
（感染症を収束させるためには50~70%の人が
免疫を持たないといけないと言われています）
⑤ワクチンが開発されて接種できるようになるまでは下の図↓
これを通常10年かけて行うようです。
⑥ファイザーやアストラゼネカなど、現時点では10のワクチンが
最終試験の代3相試験まで進んでいる。
⑦『ワクチンによって新型コロナウイルスが終息するのか』
に対して忽那賢志（くつなさとし）先生の見解は
・すぐに『終息』とはならない可能性が高い。
理由１ 世界中にワクチンが行き渡るまで相当な時間がかかる。
理由2 ワクチン接種すれば二度と感染しないかは不明
理由3 一般的に自然獲得の免疫はワクチンよりも免疫力が
強いはずなのに、再感染が報告されている。
→そのためインフルエンザワクチンのように定期的に接種を
繰り返しながら、
『長期間免疫を維持できるワクチンの開発』によって
解決するかもしれない。
とのことでした！

いずれにしても、ワクチンが早くできて欲しいですね！

東京の感染者数がMAX【472人】までいったじゃないですか？
あれって、『想定内』なんですよ？！
わたしたちが『今日の感染者数多い（泣）』って思っていた頃
政府は『いやそれ想定内だけど？』って思っていたんです。。。
びっくりですよね。。。？そんなまとめになってます。。。
そしていつも貼らせて頂いているワクチンや治療薬の情報ですが、

『現在どれだけ確保できているか、いつワクチンが日本に供給されるか』

続報がなかったので調べてまとめました！
結果は…、安心できそうです！(笑)

イギリス政府当局からの承認を得て、
イギリス本国での臨床試験は再開されてます！
また日本でも9月15日の報道で
日本でも臨床試験を早ければ今週から
段階的に再開することが決まっています！
本国イギリスで臨床試験が終わってワクチンが認可されても
日本で認可されないと私たちはワクチン接種できないので、
日本の臨床試験が再開されるのは本当に嬉しすぎですね！

どれくらいの時間で危険性がなくなるか、
そして消毒がどれだけの効果があるか

最近ちらちら色々なサイトで紹介されていますが、
旅行に行ってホテルや旅館に泊まるのではなく
感染症対策で『一棟まるごと貸切』の宿泊施設が
少しずつ話題になってきていますね！
『どうせお高いんでしょ？』
と私も思っていたんですが、
(『ザ・民泊』みたいな所を除いて)
ちゃんとした綺麗な施設でも30000円前後で泊まれるようです！
東京都の23区内ってわりとホテルの価格でそれくらいする所も多いので
一棟貸しでそのお値段はかなりリーズナブルに感じてしまいます！
それでもまだ『前日に泊まった人が感染してたらどうしよう…』
なんて不安になってしまう私ですが(笑)、
車で移動して素敵な貸切施設に泊まって感染リスクをMAX減らす、
そういう旅行プランもいかかでしょうか？
