こんにちは！
突然ですが…最近地震多いですか！？
なんか最近のGoogleトレンドが…
かなりの頻度で『地震』なんです！！！
歩いていてもどこにいてもあんまり感じないんですが、(←それも問題？笑)
皆さん敏感なようですね。。
ちなみに調べてみたらここしばらく
震度4以上の地震は日本全国で起きていないようです。。
そんな感じでたま～にわたし『Googleトレンド』なんかを見て
『今何が話題になっているのかな～？』
なんてのん気に見ているんですが、
案外トレンドには日本でも海外でも
『新型コロナウイルス感染症』の話題は
載ってこないんですよね！
もう日常になっているってことなんでしょうか。。汗
さて、毎回『まとめ記事』(日々の感染者数などをまとめた記事)
以外の、気になったニュースのまとめを書くときは
だいたいこんなふうに前置きが長くなっちゃう私ですが(笑)、
今回はいつもまとめ記事で載せさせて頂いている
『東京の営業時間短縮要請の延長・再延長』について、
街の声なんかも加えつつまとめ直していきたいと思います！
…いつも本当に『まとめ記事』が長くてごめんなさい！(苦笑)
そんな中読んで頂いている方いつも本当にありがとうございます！
もう毎日の『まとめ記事』=
『東京と日本・世界の新型コロナウイルス感染者数まとめ』
にも(くどいほど←)載せさせて頂いてますし
それ以前にみなさんご存知かと思いますが、
東京都は7月末～8月上旬にかけて
1日の新規感染者数が500人を突破しかけたくらい
感染が拡大しちゃったので、
8月3日から
『酒類を提供する飲食店などへの営業時間短縮要請』
が始まりました。

対象：すべてのカラオケ店
酒類を提供するすべての飲食店
(約4万の事業者が対象)
期間：8月3日～8月31日
時間：～午後10時まで
備考：対策をしっかりしていて
『感染防止徹底宣言ステッカー』を掲示している店は
営業時間短縮要請に応じた場合協力金20万円支給。
最初の頃は小池都知事も
『対策期間が長くなるのはよくない。
8月いっぱいまででお願いしている。』
とおっしゃっていて

いや…、新型コロナが収束するまでやろうよ。。
っとその頃は新規感染者数が毎日凄い事になっていたので
私は思いましたけども！(苦笑)
ただ…毎日の感染者数は現在減りつつありますよね！↓
※8月30日現在の『東京の新型コロナウイルス感染者推移カレンダー』
なので、この
『酒類を提供する飲食店などへの営業時間短縮要請』
はやっぱり8月31日で解除されるのかな？
と思っていたんです…が、
東京都は
酒を提供する飲食店やカラオケ店への
営業時間の短縮要請(～午後10時まで)について
期間を延長することを先日発表しました！
8月31日まで → 9月15日まで に延長
になるようです！
ちなみに東京都内一括すべてのお店ではなくて
23区内だけで、多摩地区や島のほうは31日で解除とのこと。。
そう！どうしても小池都知事は渋谷とか新宿とかにいる人たちを
終電までにはとりあえず帰らせたいんです！！笑
・・・と、冗談はさておき(笑)、
小池都知事は理由を
『新規感染者数は減りつつあるがまだ多い』
とおっしゃってます。
たしかにそうですよね。。まだ200人以上は多いです。。
ちゃんと補償さえしてくれれば問題ないと思うんです…が、
ただ…補償が…。
要請に応じた事業者には今回も補償が出る事は出るんです…が、
協力金15万円を支給とのことなんですよねえ。。。
うん、『1日1万円』ですね。。
延長する前の8月3日～8月31日の営業時間短縮要請の時も
補助金はちゃんとでてますが、でも協力金は20万円です。。
↑こっちは補償を1日に換算すると『1日1万円以下』ですよね。。
『都内の高額な家賃で頑張って営業している店』
にあまりにも少なすぎると思うんですが…。
もう少し『協力したくなる』ような額にして欲しいですよね。
そしたら確実にみんな要請に従うと思うので。。
だって午後10時閉店ということはラストオーダー21時？
21時～24時って稼ぎ時なのでは。。
財源も厳しいかもしれないですが、ちゃんと補償して欲しいですよね。
今度こそ新型コロナウイルスを収束させて欲しいので
みんなが納得して協力してくれる額にして欲しかったんですが。。。
やっぱり8月3日～の営業時間短縮要請に関しても
そしてこの8月31日～9月15日の延長分に関しても
『営業時間短縮要請には従わない』と宣言している
お店も多いようです。。
ちなみに記事の中で新宿の居酒屋の店長さんは
『経営的にとても厳しい。
23区だけ延長するなら短縮したことによる効果を
きちんと説明してほしい』
とおっしゃっていたようです。
たしかにちゃんと十分な補償もしてくれなくて
要請 = お願い = 『従えよな』ってプレッシャーだけかける
なんてずるい事されたら
お店が潰れちゃうくらいなら要請に従わない！っていう気持ちも
わからなくはないですよね。。
ちなみにその新宿の居酒屋さんでは
営業が2時間短くなることで全体の売り上げが3割落ちてしまう
とのことで、
今月の売り上げは去年と比べて8割減だとのこと。。
もう本当に色々な業界も個人も経済的に限界だと思うので
本当にみんなで協力してそろそろ新型コロナウイルスを
追い出したいですよね。
これが今の東京の営業時間短縮要請の現状のようです。。
ちなみに営業時間短縮要請についてではないですが、
この『コロナ禍』において
逆に 『ピンチはチャンス！』
ととらえている人やお店もいらっしゃるようです！
簡単にまとめますね！
◆東京都板橋区内の飲食店の店長さん
『みんな旅行も帰省もしないから飲むしかないのか、
例年の2倍以上の売り上げで、
「あいててよかった」ってお客さんが来てくれる』
(この店は9割が常連さんとのこと)
『時短営業？応じるだけ損なので今回は応じません。』
→緊急事態宣言の時はさすがに閉めたそうですが、
・協力金の50万円
・持続化給付金の100万円
・妻と子供3人の家族5人で協力金50万円
の合計200万円の臨時収入で
『辛いどころかむしろそラッキー』だったそうです。
◆千葉県在住のデザイン事務所の社長さん
『高校区デザインが主な収入なのでコロナでかなりやられた。』
『なので会社の財務の見直しをした。』
→借入金の「借り換え」をして金利がかなり下がったり、
リモートワーク化ができたので事務所を解約しようとしたら
大家さんに泣きつかれて良い条件を提示されたりしたとのこと。
◆埼玉県内の居酒屋の店長さん
『お客さんは以前の7割くらいだけど、常連さんは来てくれる。
それにメニューの値上げもこのタイミングでやった。
普段なら文句を言われるけど、コロナだからしょうがないね。
ってなるからね(笑)』
→仕入れ先の問屋さんも経営が厳しいらしく格安で食材を
卸してくれたりしているそうです。
こんなふうにポジティブにとらえている方もいる一方で、
やっぱり街を歩いてみると、潰れているお店も多いですよね。。
なんとかあと少し！乗り切れると良いんですけど。。
ただこうやって事業主の方々は
少ないにしろ補償もありますが、
そうではない個人の会社員やアルバイトの方でしかも独身の方なんて、
補償すらないほとんどないうえ仕事も減ってる
なんてことも多いと思うので、
そっちもちゃんと対策して欲しいですよね！
今回は東京の営業時間短縮要請の延長の話題から
東京近隣のお店や会社の方々の声を少しだけ
まとめてみました！
もう明後日から9月ですね！
