(Because the deadline for the number of new infections on the day is from 9:00 am the day before to 9:00 am on the day)

the alert level of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) was raised from “2” to “3”.

Along with that, government of Hokkaido requested that the “entertainment district at night” of Susukino (Sapporo City) not be open from 22:00 to 5:00 the next morning.

*Graph of the number of newly infected people in Japan as of yesterday

(*NHK NEWS WEB)

Yesterday was Saturday, so I put out the usual weekly tally of “COVID-19 Trend Calendar in Tokyo”.

The result was [2075 people].

For the week up to yesterday, I’ve been giving numbers since “peak number of 2nd wave” every day, so it’s almost doubled from the total for the last week …

↑As you can see, the number of newly infected people on Friday and Saturday was slightly less than when it peaked (around 450 people) compared to “Week of the second wave peak”, so the total for the week did not exceed the peak.

But I’m a little scared of the week starting today …

And as for the infection situation nationwide, I introduced an article like this the other day, but ↓

Minister of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism Akabane

(Responsible for “Go To (Travel) Campaign”)

“At this point, there is no need to review the operation of” Go To Travel “.”

Prime Minister Suga

“Experts also say that there is no need to review “Go To Travel” at this time.”

Chief Cabinet Secretary Kato

“I don’t think it’s necessary to make a uniform request (for refraining from moving across prefectures).”

Well, regarding this, it’s natural that everyone says “to agree within the government”, but it’s a little disappointing. ..

By the way, regarding the “situation” that everyone in the government said, “I recognize that I am not in that situation now.”,

This is because the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare’s Infection Control Subcommittee did not judge it as “Stage 3”, which is an index to consider excluding the “Go To (Travel) Campaign”

* By the way, about the stage ↓…

Yahoo!

(“National” positive rate, transmission route unknown rate, etc.)

I don’t know exactly because there are some indicators that have not been clarified nationwide,
for the time being, if you look at the easy-to-understand “Number of newly infected people per 100,000 people: 15 or more per week on average” in the table above

15 new infections per 100,000 per week

→ When converted to a Japanese population of 126 million, it means that it should not exceed [18,900] in a week …

→ It’s a week, so divide by 7 … Average of 2700 people a day?!

Well …, is the calculation wrong? ?? ??

I was worried about 30 minutes … lol

It’s still not at all …

That’s why the “Go To (Travel) Campaign” can’t be interrupted …

Moreover, since the average number of people per day is 2,700, assuming that the number will decrease from Sunday to Wednesday, how many people will be infected nationwide from Thursday to Saturday …

Roughly about 4000 people …?

I hope the calculation is wrong, but if the calculation is correct, it seems unlikely that the government will take any measures for the time being …

By the way, I think that there are many prefectures where the number of infected people is small even in that situation, so I’m horrified when I think “How many people will be infected in Tokyo,  (which should increase by that amount) …?”

Regarding this, I always put it at the bottom below

“The government has released the number of the most infected people in the day, which was the number of people who thought it was OK.”

It is the maximum number of new infections that the government of each prefecture actually expected!

I’m pretty surprised!

Or rather, I was surprised while summarizing.

The expected numbers here are almost the same, right?

After all, the government seems to use this estimated number as a guide.

I don’t think it will take much time to see it, and I think you can understand the government’s ideas, so if you have time, please take a look.

“How many people do you think the government thinks the number of infected people in your area is expected?”

is summarized in a table!

So, perhaps, the government just feels like taking no action unless the number of infected people nationwide exceeds [2788]

And if you look at this table, there are areas such as Hokkaido and Osaka(etc.) that have already greatly exceeded the expected number, so how abnormal is the current infection situation that has even exceeded this “government terrible estimated number setting”?

And if

・The state of emergency is issued again

・When there is a request to refrain from moving or a leave of absence

are “how effective in the current situation …”,

it’s been a week or two since “lockdown (city blockade)” started in European countries, so I checked it out!

First of all, the current lockdown situation in each country is like this.

* I’m sorry for some of my “summary article” links …

There is no site that organizes it neatly! lol

(Each summary article also includes the URL of the information source, so I think it’s okay to trust the content! lol)

◆ The UK ◆

Lockdown from November 5th to December 2nd

Store closures other than daily necessities

Refrain from going out * The school will not be closed.

Infection status as of November 15

◆ France ◆

Lockdown from October 29th to December 1st

No going out for more than 1 hour (with fine) * Schools, factories and farms will not be closed.

Infection status as of November 15

◆ Italy ◆

Lockdown from November 6th to December 3rd

No going out from 10 pm to 5 am

Measures by dividing the area into zones according to the infection situation

→ No going out (with fines), only take-out at restaurants, etc.

Infection status as of November 15

◆ Germany ◆

(Partial) lockdown for 2-4 weeks November

Banned restaurants, closed entertainment facilities

Up to 10 people from 2 households can gather.

Infection status as of November 15

◆ Spain ◆

Continue to declare a state of emergency from October 25th to May 9th next year

The restaurant is open until 6 pm

No going out from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am at night

Infection status as of November 15

… Yeah, it was too early to check… 🙁

It seems that there are many areas that have not decreased yet.

Just by looking it up, I found something like follows.

・Compared to spring, I thought tests and treatments have improved and it would take about a week from infection to being confirmed as positive and being counted in the number of infected people, but it seems that it will take two weeks after all.

・Spain and France started lockdown about one to two weeks earlier than other countries, so the bar graph shows that they are decreasing.

It’s a lot of information just to understand these!

Also, I would like to find out “when all countries have passed more than 2 weeks”!

… But it seems that it will take two weeks from the actual infection to the count …

If you look at the infection status and calendar in Tokyo and Japan like that, you may find out a lot!

And as for the information on vaccines and therapeutic drugs that I always post, “The past flow of Vaccine development and therapeutic drug” and “How much are currently secured, and when vaccines will be supplied to Japan” etc. are summarized!

Vaccine” solves this “new coronavirus (COVID-19) infectious disease” fundamentally, so if you have time, please read it!

By the way, there was also such information related to above ↓

The news of despair ran around on September 9th,

“The clinical trial of the new coronavirus (COVID-19) vaccine under development by British pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca and Oxford University, which is scheduled to be completed in September this month, is suspended.”

There was no follow-up report on major news sites such as NHK and Yahoo !, so I did some research and summarized this!

The result is … it looks reassuring! (lol)

So if you have time, please read it!

This was approved by the UK government authorities on September 13th, and clinical trials in the UK have resumed!

Also in Japan, according to the report on September 15, it has been decided that clinical trials will be resumed in stages from this week at the earliest in Japan!

Even if the clinical trials are completed in the UK and the vaccine is approved, we cannot be vaccinated unless it is approved in Japan, so I am really happy that the clinical trials in Japan will be resumed!

And this article↓

How long time the materials such as paper, cloth, plastic, etc. need to eliminating the risk when coronavirus is attached, and how effective disinfection is.

If you are interested, please take a look!

And here’s a trial calculation of how many people in Japan are actually receiving medical treatment.

(Number of people infected nationwide) 119,420

+ (Number of hospital discharges ) 1908

+ (Number of hospital discharges ) 103,496

= 14,016 people ( +586) ← being treated

 *()=increase  from the day before

(If it is exactly as announced)

For those who are undergoing medical treatment nationwide are…

◆also today, the number has increased by more than 500…

Excuse me, is there a video I really want to introduce …?

I’m always searching for articles related to the new coronavirus (COVID-19) and writing “summary articles” while playing Youtube

The BBC has posted a video of what happened during the ongoing “video conference” in the British Parliament …!

I think many people know …

Roho is too cute! lol

The movement of the tail is too “good” … lol

Do not forget to smile! lol

Let’s take proper measures against infectious diseases!

Please be very careful when you go out!

Woah! I’m really digging the template/theme of this site.
It’s simple, yet effective. A lot of times it’s difficult to get
that “perfect balance” between user friendliness and visual
appearance. I must say that you’ve done a great job with this.

Additionally, the blog loads very quick for me on Firefox.
    Outstanding Blog!
